Pros: available for emergency services; called back quickly. Cons: poor communication from the customer service rep and the technician. Charge unreasonably high prices. The technician was unable to explain the problem and came unprepared without parts, despite having all the details about the heating system, model and the error code on display. In general, the employees did not make a good faith effort to resolve the problem. Company uses questionable business practices to maximize their profits without providing value. I will not use them ever again and do not recommend this business to others.

Was driving on the road. Total plumbing van tried to merge into me and nearly hit my car. I honked my horn to alert them that they were going to hit me. Then they honk back and we're angrily following me for a bit. No special awareness at all so can't imagine how good they are at fixing plumbing issues.
